- Can Kaprijke make online purchases for me?

- How often do you have flights to Jamaica? also what about sea shipments?
- We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week. We have freight by sea 1x per week
- What info do I need to collect a package at your office?
- All you need to pick up your packages is a valid ID of the person collecting.
- What rate will I pay if my package weight falls in between weight categories?
- Packages with weights not listed on the rate chart will be charged the next rate up. For example: A package weighing 2.5 lbs will incur a charge of 1100.
- Will my shipment be eligible for customs duties?
- Shipments with an invoice value of $100 USD and over are eligible to be charged customs duties. This means that if the total cost of your package exceeds this amount, you may be charged customs duties.
- Do You Deliver Outside Of Kingston/St. Andrew?
- Yes we do. Thanks to our partnership with knutsford courier and zipmail (Jamaica Postal) we now deliver islandwide, right to your gateway!
- Do I have to pay for delivery?
- Yes, island-wide delivery starts at $600 JMD for most weights. Weightless Packages or those exceeding 50Ibs will attract an additional charge depending on the location. To schedule a delivery, log into your account and click "Delivery Requests" once your items have cleared customs. To create a delivery request, select a location and pick a time to see your shipping & delivery fees right there on the website or mobile app. We'll bring your packages right to your door or nearest point of dropbox!
